The Governing Council will also deliberate on recommendations made during the 5th National Conference of Chief Secretaries held from December 26 to 28, 2025. The recommendations covered five key themes: Early Childhood Education: Laying the Foundation; Schooling: Building Blocks; Skilling: Future-Ready Workforce; Higher Education: Knowledge Economy; and Sports and Extracurricular Activities: Beyond Classrooms.
