Gurugram (Haryana) [India], October 25 (HBTV): JSW MG Motor India on Friday announced the launch of the Windsor Inspire Edition — a limited edition of India’s best-selling EV — created to celebrate one year of Windsor’s journey in the country. The Inspire Edition, with only 300 units to be produced, commemorates Windsor’s success, having crossed 40,000 units in under a year, and represents the spirit of inspiration driving India’s electric mobility movement.
Unveiled by Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways Shri Nitin Gadkari at his Delhi residence, the edition celebrates Windsor’s achievements and India’s accelerating EV adoption. Shri Gadkari, a strong advocate of sustainable transportation, has played a key role in shaping India’s electric mobility roadmap.

The Windsor Inspire Edition features a dual-tone Pearl White with Starry Black exterior, black alloy wheels with rose gold claddings, and bespoke Inspire badging. The interior highlights Sangria Red and Black leather upholstery, embroidered Inspire insignia on headrests, and gold accents across the cabin. A blacked-out center console armrest enhances the premium ambience.
The edition comes with a specially designed accessory pack including rose gold styling cues, themed 3D mats, Inspire cushions, rear window sunshades, and a premium leather key cover. Optional personalization features include a Skylight Infinity View glass roof and wireless illuminated sill plates. The Drive Mate Pro+ kit adds intelligent convenience.
The Inspire Edition (38 kWh) introduces new i-SMART features such as the ‘Watch Wellness’ app, offering wellness content on the head unit, and seamless aftersales support through ‘Book My Service’ via Jio VR. Windsor’s combination of luxury, technology, and accessibility has made it India’s best-selling EV, with over 15,000 bookings on day one.
The Windsor Inspire Edition will be available exclusively at JSW MG Motor India dealerships across the country.
