Ambala (Haryana) [India], February 11 (HBTV): Haryana Minister Anil Vij on Saturday said that with the defeat of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the Delhi Assembly elections, the 'politics of lies, fraud, and freebies' has come to an end in the national capital. He also thanked the 'smart people of Delhi' for reducing Congress to 'zero'.

'PM Modi's name is shining, and after the defeat of AAP and its leaders, the politics of lies, fraud, and freebies has ended,' Vij told reporters.

'The country's politics is getting purified. The smart people of Delhi made a good decision that Congress is zero in the country,' he said.

Visuals showed BJP workers celebrating outside the party's office in New Delhi as poll trends projected a decisive victory for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), marking the party’s return to power in the national capital after 27 years.
