Kangkokpi, Manipur, March 14 (HBTV): A cargo truck was reportedly overturned by unidentified individuals on the National Highway in Kangpokpi district of Manipur. Despite the reported presence of security forces, such incidents continue to occur.
The truck was carrying mattresses for a departmental store in Imphal West.
Concerns have been raised regarding the alleged leniency of the central and state governments towards illegal activities along highways by antisocial elements.
The Home Ministry, the Manipur governor’s office, security forces, and the Manipur Police are being urged to take decisive actions.
