Tinsukia (Assam) [India], November 12 (HBTV): The Spear Corps of the Indian Army organized a special event at Hassak LP School in Assam's Tinsukia district to commemorate National Education Day, emphasizing the importance of education in fostering a brighter, more empowered society.



According to an official release, the event, held on November 11, included an insightful discussion highlighting education's transformative role in engaging young minds and its critical importance as a foundation for both personal and community advancement. Over 100 students and 10 teachers attended, with speakers underscoring education's role in shaping responsible citizens and driving socio-economic progress.



Key themes covered during the event included skill development, critical thinking, and equality, aimed at inspiring youth to contribute to nation-building through education. The event concluded with students, teachers, and community members taking a collective pledge to uphold educational principles and support government initiatives to improve educational access.



This initiative not only strengthened the bond between the security forces and the local community but also highlighted the Indian Army's commitment to social and educational welfare, the release noted.
