Imphal, Manipur, February 14 (HBTV): Manipur Police have arrested five persons involved in a video where 10/15 miscreants in camouflage attire and some in football kit were seen holding sophisticated weapons at K Gamnomphai village ground during a football match under G Saparmeina-PS in Kangpokpi District.
The individuals have been identified as
one Mangtinlen Kipgen @ Baemang (26); a Mangtinlen Kipgen (24), a Seithenmang Kipgen (28), a Lunminsei Kipgen (21), and one Lunkhogin Kipgen (24).
