New Delhi [India], November 30 (HBTV): Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar is set to embark on a one-day visit to Arunachal Pradesh on Saturday, where he will participate in key events in Doimukh and Itanagar.



As per the Vice President's Secretariat, Dhankhar will serve as the Chief Guest at the 22nd Convocation Ceremony of Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh. He will also address the Special Assembly Session of the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly in Itanagar during his visit.



Earlier, on November 26, the Vice President attended the 64th Convocation of the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS) at AIIMS Jodhpur.



During the event, Dhankhar emphasized the integral link between individual health, productivity, and societal well-being. ‘Health is paramount and a priority concern, as good health is not only necessary for an individual’s pursuits but also for the overall health of society,’ he said.



Highlighting the importance of productivity and health, he noted: ‘If you are not healthy, your productivity will not be optimal. Rather than helping others, you might be seeking others' help.’



Dhankhar also voiced concerns about the commercialization and ethical challenges in the medical profession. He urged industry leaders to support domestic manufacturing of medical equipment in India.
