Sapotimi Village, Suruhuto, [Nagaland], June 25 (HornbillTv): Sapotimi Village under Suruhuto Block, Zunheboto District, Nagaland conducted it's first vaccination drive on April 13, 2021. The number of beneficiaries vaccinated during the first phase for 45 years and above was 71. On June 6, the second phase vaccination for 18-44 years resulted in the vaccination of 99 beneficiaries. On June 23, 2021, the village GBs and elders decided to proceed with the vaccinatiion of all eligible citizens to make the village 100% vaccinated.

Accordingly, a team of medical staff led by Dr. Abolu Yeptho, MO Suruhuto PHC visited the village on June 23 and vaccinated the remaining beneficiaries. 

The total number of vaccinated in Sapotimi village now numbers to 187, giving the status of 100% vaccinated village to Sapotimi Village.
