Dimapur, Nagaland, February 13 (HBTV): In a significant step toward promoting local entrepreneurs financially in Nagaland, the government of Nagaland has signed four memoranda of understanding with several funding and financial agencies.
The government signed the memoranda with the Small Industries Development Bank of India, Swavalamban Connect Kendra, Seed Funding for Start-ups, Sponsorship for Sportsperson, and SIDBI Cluster Development on February 13 at the Nagaland Chief Minister’s residence in Sovima, Chumoukedima.
The agreements were signed in the presence of Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphui Rio.
The chairman and managing director of SIDBI, S Raman, told the media that the SIDBI was committed to incubating more enterprises in Nagaland.
It was informed that the projects were five year plans for now.
