Sukma (Chhattisgarh) [India], November 7 (HBTV): Security forces successfully disposed of a 40 kg improvised explosive device (IED) in Chhattisgarh’s Sukma district.

According to officials, the explosive was planted by Naxals with the intention of targeting security personnel in the area.

A search operation was launched in and around the site following the detection and disposal of the IED. No injuries or damage have been reported.
