Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], June 24 (HBTV): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday took cognisance of the road accident that occurred in Shahjahanpur and expressed his condolences to the families of the deceased.

The Chief Minister directed the district administration to ensure that the injured are promptly admitted to hospital and receive proper medical treatment. He also wished them a speedy recovery.

Earlier on Friday, CM Adityanath had responded to another tragic incident involving a drowning in the Fatehpur district. Expressing deep sorrow, he extended his condolences to the bereaved families.

He immediately instructed local officials to rush to the site and expedite all relief efforts. The Chief Minister emphasised the need for swift medical attention for the injured and ordered their immediate transport to nearby hospitals.

Meanwhile, on Friday, CM Yogi launched a sharp attack on Pakistan, warning that the country’s continued support for terrorism would ultimately lead to its downfall.

Condemning Pakistan for sheltering terrorists, Adityanath asserted that the new India does not provoke anyone but will retaliate firmly if provoked.

‘This is New India. Naya Bharat kisi ko chhedta nahi hai, lekin koi chhedta hai toh usko chhoddta bhi nahi hai. Lord Hanuman had also said the same. When he appeared before Ravan, Ravan asked him why he killed his son. He said that he did not kill him (Akshayakumara), but only retaliated, and he (Akshayakumara) died because he did not have any strength,’ the Chief Minister said, drawing parallels with modern security situations.

Highlighting India’s counter-terror operations, CM Yogi stated that the Indian Armed Forces never attacked Pakistan without cause, but responded decisively after Pakistan-backed attacks targeted innocent Indian citizens based on their religion.
