K Henry Chisiite, information and public secretary of the Kohima Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), informed HornbillTV that the vaccination drive was successfully conducted. He informed that the administration has asked them to continue with the registration process so that more traders and shopkeepers may be vaccinated as and when more vials are made available.On Monday, 145 persons from the business community in Kohima were vaccinated during the first vaccination camp organized by the KCCI in collaboration with the district task force and the chief medical officer at the KCCI office on Monday in Kohima. A total of 356 members from the business community have been vaccinated. Chisiite said that KCCI is the first in the Nagaland to initiate such immunization drive to the business community in Nagaland, adding that they have started the registration since last week.He said that any trader or shopkeeper from who has legitimate trade licence can come forward to KCCI for registration.
