New Delhi [India], August 31 (HBTV): Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 19 development projects worth over ₹206.32 crore in the Narwana Assembly constituency, stated a release.
The projects include the inauguration of seven works costing ₹37.25 crore and the foundation stone of 12 projects worth ₹169.07 crore, aimed at strengthening road connectivity, healthcare, water supply and power infrastructure in the region.
Among the inaugurated works were the widening and strengthening of the link road from Dharodhi to Narwana-Ismailpur road at a cost of ₹1.82 crore, the link road from Dablain to Sachha Khera at ₹1.43 crore, and a Railway Over Bridge on Narwana-Samain Road in Jind district built at a cost of ₹25 crore. Other completed projects include the raw water arrangement from Narwana Minor and renovation of water works at Ismailpur (₹3.73 crore), canal-based water works in Bidrana (₹3.50 crore), pavement of Firni in Sulhera village (₹1.21 crore), and a Sub-Health Centre at Bhana Barhman, Narwana (₹55.50 lakh).
The CM also laid foundation stones for major projects, including widening and strengthening of the Khanpur-Ismailpur road (₹1.97 crore), a new link road from Karamgarh to Loan (₹1.77 crore), and special repairs of 15 roads covering 42.62 km at a cost of ₹16.44 crore. An additional PWD B&R Rest House in Narwana with an outlay of ₹9.55 crore will also be constructed.
Other projects for which foundation stones were laid include two boosting stations and strengthening of the distribution system (₹4.56 crore), augmentation and renovation of the Dharodi water supply scheme (₹4.97 crore), canal-based water works in Garhi (₹2.53 crore), renovation and upgradation of the Belarkha water supply scheme (₹10.11 crore), and construction of a 33 KV Sub-Station at Badanpur (₹8.02 crore).
Key health infrastructure projects include the construction of two Community Health Centres at Ujhana (₹17.47 crore) and Danoda (₹24.60 crore), alongside the augmentation of water supply and sewerage in Ujhana village with an outlay of ₹67.07 crore.
The CM said these projects reflect the government’s commitment to improving connectivity, public health and civic infrastructure in the Narwana constituency.
