The CCC is funded by the Foundation for Ecological Security and the Naga American Foundation, facilitated by the district administration of Mon and the Eleutheros Christian Society. It is being jointly managed by the Mon district administration, police, Medical department, churches and civil groups of Mon, updates stated.     
Speaking at the programme, the deputy commissioner expressed gratitude to all the agencies that have funded and facilitated the care centre particularly the Eleutheros Christian Society of Tuensang, and other stakeholders for making the project possible. The CCC shall be managed by the management committee and a team from the medical department for next two months. It can be extended for more periods of time if the situation demands, updates stated. Earlier, the new centre was dedicated with a prayer led by Youngrichum Sangtam, pastor of Sangtam Baptist Lithro, Mon.
