Mokokchung [Nagaland], July 2 (HornbillTV): Deputy Commissioner Mokokchung Limawabang in an order on Thursday informed that display of vaccination certificate/status of all shopkeepers and business establishment under Mokokchung District will be made mandatory with effect from July 01.

The order further stated that COVID-19 appropriate behaviours like wearing of facemask, social distancing and provision of hand sanitizers/ hand washing facilities at all business establishments shall be adhered to at all times without fail.  

 It warned that any person/group of persons acting in violation of this order would be deemed to have committed an offence punishable under section 188 & 177 of IPC and relevant provision of the Disaster Management Act 2005 amounting to punishment with imprisonment up to two years or fine or with both.
