Saini has reiterated that the state government has adopted zero tolerance towards any lapse in law and order, underlining that ensuring a safe and secure environment for citizens is the priority.

New Delhi [India], August 16 (HBTV): Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has reiterated that the state government has adopted zero tolerance towards any lapse in law and order, underlining that ensuring a safe and secure environment for citizens is the government’s top priority.

He made it clear that any individual attempting to disrupt peace or create disorder would face stern action, regardless of influence or position. Saini said this while responding to media queries during a press conference held in New Delhi.

According to an official release, the Chief Minister stated that the government is taking strict action against drug traffickers. He urged residents to immediately file complaints on the government portal if drugs are being sold in any village, locality, or city ward, assuring strict action against the culprits.

Responding to a question, Saini said the government is committed to citizens’ health and well-being. To reduce reliance on private hospitals, state-of-the-art infrastructure is being developed in government hospitals across Haryana. He announced that ten new district hospitals will be inaugurated soon.

The Chief Minister also rejected Congress’s allegations of ‘vote theft’, calling them baseless. He accused Congress of weakening Dr BR Ambedkar’s Constitution and promoting corruption. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken firm action against corruption, while a ‘frustrated Congress’ is making unfounded accusations.

Saini further said that Modi has worked to empower the poor and make them economically strong through welfare schemes. ‘Today, the poor are moving forward with confidence and playing an active role in the nation’s development,’ he added.
