NLA speaker, and All Sumi Student's Union condole former Nagaland Minister Yeshito Chishi's demise

The speaker of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Sharingain Longkumer, and the All Sumi Students’ Union have expressed grief and condolences at the demise of former Nagaland minister Yeshito Chishi.

Chishi was a member of the third Nagaland Legislative Assembly during which he also served as a minister of state, Longkumer said. In his demise, the state and the people of Atoizu have lost a committed leader who always worked for the betterment of the poor and the downtrodden sections of the society, the speaker stated. His contribution shall always be recognized and remember, the message read. 
Longkumer, also on behalf of the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly, expressed condolences to the family of late Chishi, and prayed that God will give them strength to bear the loss. 
 Likewise, the SKK expressed pain at the demise of Chishi. He played a key role in framing and structuring the growth of the SKK into a substantial frontal organisation, the SKK stated in its condolence message. It added that the tremendous service he rendered to the union shall be honoured throughout generations. The union prayed for peace for the departed.
